Today the tour starts: at 6pm at the courtyards at the Schröderstraße/Mitte the australian Band Peregrine will give their first concert. The musician Tom Lüneburger will also be part of the show. Chase The Dragon – Music Video Release
2008 they were the “local part” of Sydney meets Magdeburg I and played on a red double decker bus with Peregrine in the center of town. After that the music magazine VISIONS announced them as CD of the month. This year they produced their first full Album and also a Music Video for “The Lasting”.

Tom Lüneburger meets Peregrine!
Peregrine will meet Tom Lüneburger in Berlin to play their first gig in Germany on the 27th of June!
It will be a small courtyard festival that promises to have an excellent ambience and where music can be taken in like the air we breathe. Tom is a perfect match as he also creates an atmosphere which is hard to evade whether solely with guitar and vocals or with additional piano, bass and drums. He has been on a move all his life and the next step could be Australia when he releases his first Album as a solo artist next year.

Sydney meets Magdeburg… diesmal auf der Elbe (Pressemitteilung)
Nach Bus und Bahn wird nun Schiff gefahren.
Australische und deutsche Musiker geben Konzert auf der Elbe.
Am Abend des 02. Juli 2009 wird die australische Band „Peregrine“ gemeinsam mit der Magdeburger Band „14tägig anders“ auf der Elbe spielen. Ein Boot des Wasser- und Schifffahrtsamts wird als „schwimmende Bühne“ gegen 19Uhr den Mückenwirt erreichen, um die Zuschauer auf dem Festland musikalisch zu beglücken. Anschließend geht es gegen 21Uhr für den zweiten Teil des Konzertes weiter zur Strandbar.
Um auf die Abendveranstaltung aufmerksam zu machen werden die Musiker, wie bereits im letzten Jahr, tagsüber gemeinsam die Straßenbahnfahrt mit ihren professionellen, angenehm akustischen Klängen bereichern.
