The brand VondoMachine mainly connects three things: Australia, Germany and music. Look forward to events that will bring artists from these two nations up on stage – and become a part of the VondoWorld yourself! We are a non-profit organisation, supporting the exchange of Australian and German musicians to create a global dialogue of cultures.
VondoBands create their own music and have a high understanding of cultural values. We organise gigs, accommodation and publicity activities while our supported bands can concentrate on their music.
One of the major projects is the “Sydney meets…” gig. Concerts in trams, on red doubledecker tourist buses and on boats as well as music pub crawls are part of the fun the VondoMachine creates. Also the “Australien Popkomm[t] nach…” events that are happening around the big German music conference Popkomm allow Australian musicians to find gigs in Berlin and the rest of Germany.
The VondoMachine is a network for musicians and with musicians as well as a community for music and culture loving people to get in touch with each other on the internet via facebook, myspace, studivz and at gigs. It will give new impulses to the German and the Australian audience and create access to the stages of new countries.
