Silent times that bring up good stuff.

It’s been a while but the VondoMachine is back in action. The VonHead von Voni finished her thesis about the music industry and found out that it is actually NOT in a crisis. With all that wisdom and new energy there will be heaps of good concerts with amazing artists coming up! If you are on Facebook please check out the Vondo site to get all updates …fresh and hot! Otherwise there is the peregrine Tour to be announced. The whole band is coming to Germany in September! How exciting!!! Check out their site. More will follow SOON!

Now that the first VondoTour ever is over we are looking back onto many special moments along the way. Thanks to everyone – sponsors and helping hands – that made this experience happen. “Pack die Badehose ein, nimm dein kleines Schwesterlein” So oder so ähnlich. Egal ob in Badekluft oder hochgeschlossen, macht euch auf an den Magdeburger Elbstrand! Am 2. Juli 2009 fährt Seebär Gerd den Dampfer vor. An Bord die Australier Peregrine und unsere Magdeburger 14tägig anders. Um 19 Uhr gehen wir am Mückenwirt erstmals vor Anker. Die Gitarren aufgedreht, schrubben sie für euch die Planken auf der schwimmenden Bühne. Dann heißt es “Leinen los”, wir steuern auf die Strandbar zu.

Ab 21 Uhr zeigen beide Bands hier noch einmal was sie können und was Schönes dabei heraus kommt, wenn Sydney auf Magdeburg trifft.

Feiert die herrliche Wettervorhersage für Donnerstag mit uns, bei Bier und Musik, die beide Städte auf Wasserwellen trägt.

Peregrine und Once Upon A Rooftop bespielen heute Magdeburgs Straßenbahnen. Los gehts um 18 Uhr am Hassel in der Linie 10! Steigt zu und feiert der Bootsfahrt am folgenden Tag entgegen!

Peregrine’s Brett Winterford (Syd) just recorded a duet over the Internet with Lucid (Frankfurt). The results don’t need to be spectacular for the concept to be cool. Vondo action at its best!

Seems like the two are warmed up for their gig tonight at Eigelstein Torburg in Cologne tonight at 8pm!
